This role offers the chance to contribute to our global innovation roadmap through advanced data science. You will be integral in transforming real-world insights into breakthrough solutions that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a community of R&D data scientists.
  • Drive the development and implementation of AI-enabled features across medical products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Machine Learning Practices (GMLP) and relevant AI regulations.
  • Shape our data science strategy in alignment with product and research innovation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with partners to build shared data lake infrastructures for research and product use.
  • Support key research partnerships and participate in data-rich innovation projects.
  • Act as a technical expert and contributor to select R&D initiatives in surgical algorithms, hearing outcomes, or rehabilitation tools.
About You

  • Experience in Healthcare (>5y), preferably within medical devices for chronic disease.
  • Technical expertise in machine learning, statistical methods, and data pipeline architecture.
  • Creativity and a strong track record of innovation.
  • Planning and execution abilities in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Leadership skills as a manager and influencer.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate product visions into technical roadmaps.
