This individual will guide the development of data strategies, mentor a growing team of data scientists, and drive key cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, statistical methods, and data pipeline architecture. They will also possess high creativity, strong planning and execution abilities, excellent communication skills, and leadership skills both as a manager and influencer.
