Position Overview
  • Coordinate all course, training, and curriculum requirements for international students.
  • Collaborate with administration to understand student and trainer needs to enhance the training environment.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Liaise with student support services to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Manage documentation and process requirements within specified timelines.
Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training sector compliance.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • An excellent understanding of training packages, including ASQA SRTO 2015 and the ESOS National Code.
  • Proficiency in managing VET course delivery schedules, timetables, and client relationships.
