Fertiliser Business Strategist

- Develop and implement fertiliser category strategies in line with business goals.
- Manage daily fertiliser demand and coordinate timely order placements across branches to ensure efficiency.
- Execute supplier ranging strategies in alignment with preferred agreements to maximise benefits.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels, as well as financial reporting related to fertiliser stock, to drive business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on local market pricing dynamics and support branches with competitive pricing strategies.
About You
- Strong retail distribution background with experience in inventory management and business planning, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, along with a collaborative leadership approach.
- Results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Highly organised with exceptional self-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in agriculture, business, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience in sales or agricultural settings is also valuable.
- A valid driver's licence is essential for travel across branches and supplier sites.
