Job Title: State Fertiliser ManagerAbout the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of a national bulk fertiliser strategy across South Australia and Victoria/Riverina.

  • Develop and execute a category strategy and business plan to drive fertiliser sales.
  • Manage daily fertiliser demand and coordinate timely order placements across branches.
  • Execute supplier ranging strategies in alignment with preferred supplier agreements.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels, financial reporting, and stock management.
  • Provide guidance on local market pricing dynamics and support branches with competitive pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive category growth and operational improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will have a strong background in retail distribution, inventory management, and business planning with experience tracking KPIs.
  • You will possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative leadership approach.
  • You will be results-driven with strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • You will be highly organised with exceptional self-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
