Job Overview

Tesla is leading the charge towards sustainable energy and transportation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to manage our service operations field ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and coordination of all field requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service operations field ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and coordination of all field requests.
  • Communicate any blockers to ticket resolution quickly and loudly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Receive, validate, and process invoices to support smooth financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain formal documents outlining service processes for internal distribution.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work closely with Australian & New Zealand service centers, providing operational support as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects/initiatives to enhance service operations efficiency.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, supporting overall success of service operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or coordination role.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 'Can do' attitude with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
