**Responsibilities**:
As Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager, you are responsible for project implementation, process changes, and unit development including the preparation of business cases and investment analysis. You are a strategic driver and owner of continuous improvement initiatives for the unit in alignment with overall business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading, coaching and developing teams that support warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Revision and implementation of all logistics set up documents, process working methods and other guidelines provided by INGKA/IKEA SUPPLY AG (ISAG) within the unit.
- Evaluating logistic processes within the Distribution Centre/Customer Distribution Centre/Central Parcel Unit (DC/CDC/CPU) and identifying improvement opportunities to local working methods and systems.
- Contribute to the competence and career development of DC/CDC/CPU co-workers, in collaboration with the Central Fulfilment Logistics Manager.
- Analysing warehouse KPIs to track adherence to business goals, making recommendations to the Goods Flow Teams in collaboration with the Business Navigator.
- Support developing ways of working across Customer Fulfilment (CFF) and external service provider operations in collaboration with the CFF Multichannel Network team.
- Delivering working methods and systems support to the warehouse and external service provider operations.
- Design of the annual inventory plan according to ISAG/INGKA working methods and responsible for the approval and escalation of excessive inventory deviations as escalated by Inventory Specialists.
- Contribute to the long-term DC/CDC/CPU and CFF strategy planning together with the unit management team and other CFF stakeholders.
- Leading project stakeholders within the unit and greater CFF organisation towards successful implementation of projects.

Together the Central Fulfilment team are behind the scenes that make sure IKEA products are secured through to all sales channels with great lead times, availability and quality at the lowest possible prices. We use our supply process expertise to balance high performance and long-term profitability, creating the best possible customer experience. This is one department always challenging effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers all with the end goal of working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA.
