Guest Experience Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key representative of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. As a valued member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for them.
About the Role

The Guest Experience Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This includes greeting and registering guests, providing information on local area attractions, and assisting with check-in processes.

You will work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for guests through the check-in process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our guests, understand their needs, and tailor your approach to deliver personalized experiences.

You will also be responsible for meeting targets and KPIs set by the business, working collaboratively with the team to achieve these goals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
