Senior Infrastructure Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Asset Manager to support a major port infrastructure project in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess the structural integrity of critical assets.
- Develop remediation scopes for improvements in asset condition.
- Provide strategic advice on asset management for key bulk handling facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify knowledge gaps.
- Mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and operational requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with long-term objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (B.Eng.).
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, particularly in marine and port infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in asset management and civil construction.
- Strong understanding of risk management and remediation strategies.
- Prior experience working on-site in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex industrial assets.
- FIFO flexibility within Queensland or NSW preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
