About this Senior Leadership Role
The Asset and Infrastructure Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding a premier urban destination, shaping the strategic direction of our diverse asset portfolio while ensuring optimal performance across world-class recreational, cultural and entertainment facilities.
This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to lead asset management excellence across the precinct by:
- Developing comprehensive asset management strategies and long-term renewal programs;
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and asset management professionals;
- Overseeing major capital expenditure and operational expenditure project delivery from planning through to completion;
- Managing critical contracts and driving operational efficiencies across parkland operations;
- Implementing data-driven asset management systems and spatial technology integration;
- Ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements and corporate risk frameworks;
About You
We seek an exceptional professional with a proven track record in asset management who thrives in stakeholder-rich environments and can contribute to this Queensland precinct icon.
This includes:
- Senior leadership experience managing complex, diverse asset portfolios (preferably in precinct or large-scale infrastructure environments);
- Demonstrated success implementing ISO 55000 compliant asset management frameworks;
- Strong track record delivering capital expenditure/operational expenditure projects on time and within budget;
- Experience managing asset data teams and integrating spatial systems (ESRI) with asset management platforms;
- Proven ability leading multidisciplinary technical teams and fostering continuous improvement cultures.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strategic asset planning and long-term renewal program development;
- Contract management experience with significant service agreements;
- Financial management capabilities including budget cycles and public sector funding. Understanding of AASB 116 and NCAP 01 standards;
- Strong governance and reporting skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
