Client Service Administrator

- Researching client data and drafting strategy recommendations.">
- Preparing and processing documentation for client reviews, strategic advice, investments, and insurance applications completing SOA & ROA administration.">
- Implementing advice recommendations under the guidance of the Financial Planner.">
- Managing client review processes, coordinating meetings, and overseeing workflow.">
- Preparing and delivering ongoing service agreements.">
- Liaising with clients, superannuation funds, and product providers.">
- Entering client data into XPLAN for advice preparation.">
- Maintaining accurate, compliant client records.">
About you:
">">We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering high-quality client service and a strong background in financial planning administration. Ideal skills and qualifications include:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a client service admin position.">
- Strong compliance focus and attention to detail.">
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with XPLAN desirable.">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
- Organised with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.">
- Interest in ongoing professional development.">
- Passion for client service and delivering high-quality advice.">
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Financial Services, or a related discipline.">
- Currently undertaking or considering undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, or Certificate IV in Financial Services, or similar.">
