Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching client data and drafting strategy recommendations.">
  • Preparing and processing documentation for client reviews, strategic advice, investments, and insurance applications completing SOA & ROA administration.">
  • Implementing advice recommendations under the guidance of the Financial Planner.">
  • Managing client review processes, coordinating meetings, and overseeing workflow.">
  • Preparing and delivering ongoing service agreements.">
  • Liaising with clients, superannuation funds, and product providers.">
  • Entering client data into XPLAN for advice preparation.">
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant client records.">

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a client service admin position.">
  • Strong compliance focus and attention to detail.">
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with XPLAN desirable.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Organised with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.">
  • Interest in ongoing professional development.">
  • Passion for client service and delivering high-quality advice.">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Financial Services, or a related discipline.">
  • Currently undertaking or considering undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, or Certificate IV in Financial Services, or similar.">
