About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled finance leader to spearhead management accounting, financial analysis, procurement, and data-driven insights that support our operational and strategic objectives.

This position works closely with senior finance leaders to guarantee informed decision-making and accuracy in managing our financial performance.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting functions
  • Collaborate with CFO on long-term financial planning, modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Oversee procurement functions aligned with best practices
  • Provide actionable advice to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain systems for financial reporting and performance analysis
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Promote continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans that align with our organisational goals. This will involve providing expert advice to senior stakeholders and driving the delivery of financial insights and analysis to inform key decisions.

A strong focus will be placed on ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will work collaboratively with other departments to identify areas of opportunity for cost savings and efficiency gains.

Additionally, you will oversee the procurement function, ensuring that we are achieving best value from our suppliers and partners.

  • Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirements
  • Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and change management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
