As a key member of our team, the Financial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of our organisation. This leadership position will oversee the management of financial operations, provide strategic advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debt collection functions
  • Manage end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with ATO and other regulatory bodies
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement process improvements and internal controls
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and payroll requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
