Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to lead our management accounting, financial analysis and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning and data-driven decision-making.

This role involves working closely with senior finance leaders to ensure the organisation's financial performance and long-term sustainability are managed effectively.

  • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting and management reporting systems.
  • Assist in long-term financial planning, modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Oversee procurement functions in line with best practice.
  • Provide clear, data-driven advice to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain systems and tools for financial reporting and performance analysis.
About You

We are looking for a strategic and analytical accounting professional with experience in financial systems and reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-focused and committed to continuous improvement.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and change management abilities.
