Job Title: Compliance Professional

The role of Compliance Officer is a key position within our organisation. This newly created position will give you the opportunity to join a team that helps shape the future of the professional services industry.

We're seeking someone who thrives on building strong relationships and bringing fresh thinking to complex challenges, and who has experience in AML/CTF compliance activities.

About You

We're looking for a good human — someone who's technically strong and commercially minded with:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar risk and compliance role;
  • Experience managing AML/CTF compliance activities, highly regarded;
  • Thrives in a growing and fast environment;
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities;
  • Excellent attention to detail; and
  • Can efficiently manage multiple priorities.

Key Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have:

  • AML/CTF compliance experience;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
