About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Compliance and Risk Management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Compliance Plans, contributing to the development of Compliance Policies and procedures, and overseeing remediation of any gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Compliance Plans, including understanding relevant Obligations
  • Contribute to development and management of Compliance Policies and procedures
  • Oversee remediation of any gaps
  • Provide internal advice and support to build risk awareness within the organization
  • Assist audit teams in obtaining and reviewing documentation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated 5 years' experience in a Consumer Lending Compliance / Legal role
  • Knowledge of industry consumer lending regulations best practice, frameworks, and standards
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to influence favourable outcomes through effective communication skills
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. finance, business, economics)
