Overview

Vitality Works is seeking a dedicated Wellness and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wholistic health and wellness programs for client sites, focusing on key areas of wellbeing, including physical, mental, social, and work wellbeing.
  • Coordinate and promote social events to foster a sense of community and connection among clients.
  • Implement health, fitness, and wellness programs, including facilitating workshops, seminars, and toolbox presentations.
  • Provide private and group health and wellbeing consultations, as well as leading and supervising group exercise classes and individual consultations.
  • Clean and maintain gym facilities and equipment, as well as perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Produce reports and administer tasks related to the role.
Requirements
  • Must have experience running and organizing events.
  • Energetic, resilient, and passionate about wholistic health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
  • Able to work on a remote site 7 days on, 7 days off roster.
Desirable Qualifications
  • FIFO experience highly regarded.
  • Certificate III or IV in fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation.
  • Pilates or similar qualification.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Health.
  • Mindfulness Training.
