Site Operations Director

As a Facilities Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple sites. This involves developing strategies and business plans to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Effectively manage maintenance budgets and contractual agreements to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular audits to verify maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and safety protocols.
- Manage landlord and property-related issues, ensuring sites are fully operational and meet required standards.
- Provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors, as the point of escalation.
- Regularly provide reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role, with a proven track record of supervising and managing maintenance programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain, as well as a preparedness to undergo a Police Check.
