We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pet care site.
About the RoleThe Site Manager is a critical position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Site Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide exceptional pet care services.
This role combines hands-on pet care with strategic leadership, people management, and business operations. You will be responsible for managing site operations, overseeing customer service, and driving site growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class pet care.
- Work in the day-to-day operations of the site, including managing site cleanliness, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring positive experiences and efficient bookings.
- Monitor and drive site financial performance, optimizing bookings and profitability.
- Handle pet health concerns, incidents, and ensure clear communication with pet owners.
- Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Passionate about pet care, with a hands-on approach and a customer-first mindset.
- Must have previous experience leading a team of people.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service.
