Capital Works Portfolio Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capital Works Portfolio Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, growth, and profitability of our capital works portfolio.
You will work closely with our Process/Asset Optimisation lead/s to ensure industry best practices and constant continuous improvement efficiencies for the associated asset management practices. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of minor works schedules and associated requirements.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder relationship management, and a proven track record of managing positive commercial and safe outcomes. They will also have experience in delivery of construction/infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of maintenance activities in both water and wastewater treatment and networks assets.
