Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at DP World Australia Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple business projects across the Container Parks portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support key projects that deliver business solutions and support broader business development
  • Plan and monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as needed
  • Develop and manage project plans to support activity, resources, and interdependencies
  • Identify and resolve project risks, including developing contingency plans
  • Manage relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and sponsors/project board
  • Ensure the right people with the right skills are secured for the right roles within the project
  • Identify and obtain support and advice required for project management, planning, and control
  • Conduct end-project evaluation to assess project management and prepare an end-project report

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management disciplines
  • 5+ years of Project Management industry experience
  • Project Management certification or designation, PMP ideal
  • Experience managing multiple business projects
  • Experience in successfully managing a portfolio of projects
  • Experience with project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with large-scale organizational project management efforts
  • Experience working in industries with a similar workforce composition to DP World
  • Experience working in an industrial relations landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
