About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing on stakeholder data and analytics requirements, establishing and delivering key data reports, extracts, and process improvements to ensure that our business can respond quickly to changing market demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and executing on stakeholder data and analytics requirements
  • Establishing, overseeing, and delivering key data reports, extracts, and process improvements
  • Supporting a team of operational data analysts that maintain 400+ reports, driving continuous improvement
  • Development of data solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and align with our data strategy
  • Management of a pipeline of work analytics across our organization
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in data analytics, data quality, data warehousing, and reporting
  • Strong business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, present to large groups, teach technical concepts, and coach
  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years technical knowledge and skills across the Microsoft Data Platform
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Power BI
  • Extensive hands-on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
