Leadership Opportunity in Business Intelligence

Konnexus is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead the Business Intelligence function and the ongoing development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. This is a key role that requires a strong leader to manage a small team and work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Development and Maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse: Develop and maintain the Enterprise Data Warehouse to support the organization's strategic, operations, and regulatory reporting. This includes architecture, data models, data analytics, and governance.
  • Lead Project Delivery: Lead project delivery end-to-end and work across BI initiatives with key executives.
  • Data Governance and Risk Management: Support data governance and risk management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity across the data warehouse, from the source system to the delivery of reports and data extracts.
  • Team Management: Hire and develop the BI team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce effective dashboards, reports, and data sets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to data risk management and security.

Requirements:

  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Experience: Experience across business intelligence and data analytics, including advanced BI and data warehousing knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of the Azure data platform, experience working on large data integration projects, and experience with presentation tools such as PowerBI.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong experience in managing BI functions, leading, coaching, and guiding teams, and experience in project management and planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to deal at the executive level.
