Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational systems support for BI applications, including IBM TM1, SAP Business Objects, and IBM COGNOS.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge and diagnostic skills to uphold system availability in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) tasks, monitor automated report health, and provide cost-effective solutions to enhance business procedures.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to issues and requests related to reporting tools, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Business Intelligence Systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT service management (ITIL preferred).
  • Previous experience in a support analyst role with strong knowledge of IBM DB2, Oracle 11g database, IBM TM1, SAP Business Objects, and IBM COGNOS BI.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting, PL/SQL, DB2 scripting, and data warehousing principles.
