Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Development and Maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse: You will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse to support the organization's strategic, operations, and regulatory reporting. This will involve working across architecture, data models, data analytics, and governance.
  • Lead Project Delivery: You will lead project delivery end-to-end and work across BI initiatives with key executives.
  • Data Governance and Risk Management: You will support data governance and risk management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to data risk management and security.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: You will ensure data quality and integrity across the data warehouse, from the source system to the delivery of reports and data extracts.
  • Team Management: You will hire and develop the BI team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will produce effective dashboards, reports, and data sets.

Requirements:

  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Experience: You will have experience across business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Advanced BI and Data Warehousing Knowledge: You will have advanced BI and data warehousing knowledge and experience working with large and complex datasets and across presentation tools such as PowerBI.
  • Azure Data Platform Knowledge: You will have knowledge across the Azure data platform.
  • Large Data Integration Projects: You will have experience working on large data integration projects.
  • BI Function Management: You will have strong experience in managing BI functions and understanding how to lead, coach, and guide teams.
  • Project Management and Planning: You will have experience in project management and planning.
  • Modern Data Platform Implementation: You will have experience implementing or managing a modern data platform using Azure technologies.
  • Financial Services Industry Knowledge: You will have knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Team Leadership: You will have experience leading, coaching, and guiding BI Developers.
  • Strong Planning and Project Management Skills: You will have strong planning and project management skills.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: You will have a passion for what you do and a high level of communication and presentation skills to be able to deal at the executive level.
