Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

This role reports to the General Manager and supports operational functions. The position requires general support of supply chain operations, including inventory control, warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in-house stock management and logistics activities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, stock management, deliveries, and inventory reporting
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers
  • Assist sales teams and vendors with cargo delivery issues
  • Handle shipment operations and prepare documents
  • Prepare operational reports
  • Deliver efficient, high-level service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing or logistics
  • High level of customer service experience with excellent oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft OS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Immediate availability preferred
