Job Opportunity: Strata Management

A vacancy exists for a Strata Manager to work from our Hobart branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional strata management services to clients, including cultivating strong relationships with owners and committees, leading meetings, and preparing budgets and agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes
  • Apply understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws
  • Oversee the placement of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks

  • Experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role
