About the Position:

We are seeking a customer and solutions-focused professional to lead our strata management services team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, leading meetings, and providing advice on relevant legislation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all situations
  • Lead meetings and facilitate discussions
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from specialised departments
  • Apply your understanding of legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing rules
  • Oversee insurance policies, repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure building safety

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions
  • Experience as a Strata Manager or similar role and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to seek win/win solutions
  • Ability to take action, meet deadlines, and deliver commitments
  • Enjoy achieving goals and celebrating success in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and financial reports
