About the Role
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with the support of specialised departments.
  • Apply understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws.
  • Oversee insurance policy placement and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
About You
  • You are a problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions.
  • You have experience as a Strata Manager or similar role.
  • You can interpret strata legislation and communicate it clearly.
  • You build relationships and seek win/win solutions.
  • You get things done, take action, and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
  • You understand Microsoft Office programs and financial reports.
