Your new role

Based in Hobart, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering professional strata management services. Supported by a dedicated customer care team and centres of expertise, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships and providing trusted advice to owners and committees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to owners and committees on all strata-related matters
• Facilitating Annual General Meetings and other key meetings
• Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from specialist departments
• Providing sound advice on strata legislation and by-law enforcement
• Managing insurance placements and coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance
• Delivering high-quality customer service and converting challenges into opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar property or account management role
• Strong understanding of strata legislation and ability to communicate it clearly
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving team success
