Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our teams across multiple sites in the Gold Coast. As a manager, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes work-life balance and encourages personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes or Restaurants. They will also possess proven leadership and coaching ability, with a customer-first approach and the ability to empower their team.

About the Job
  • Lead and mentor a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver great burgers and an awesome customer experience.
  • Work front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor - We all work together as one team, to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
  • Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
  • Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coach team members by delivering workshops and online training.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPI's.
