Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Restaurant Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver great food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing business operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
