Job Description

We are seeking an experienced laboratory professional to join our team in Ballarat. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance compliance of our products and undertaking testing to support new product and process opportunities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate quality assurance and research, and provide standardised formal reporting of product fault claims investigation, quality assurance and validation testing.

About the Role:

  • Monitor the performance compliance of our products
  • Undertake testing to support new product and process opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate quality assurance and research
  • Provide standardised formal reporting of product fault claims investigation, quality assurance and validation testing

Requirements:

  • A Science or Engineering degree with Chemistry or Materials disciplines
  • Knowledge of laboratory systems, process control activities, and colour measurement methodologies
  • Maintained auditable systems and certifications such as ISO 9001 and NATA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
