The role of a Microbiologist involves working in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine microbiological procedures, maintaining current scientific knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting all routine microbiological tests and experiments
- Recording results accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of scientific developments
- Participating in Quality Assurance activities to ensure high-quality results
- Contributing to the development of new assays and improving existing processes
- Training staff and collaborating with colleagues
