No micro-management, just mutual respect and accountability.Client relationships that go beyond email – You'll work closely with your venues, build real partnerships, and feel proud of the brands you help shape.A creative studio you'll want to be in – Our open-plan, dog-friendly office in South Melbourne comes stocked with good snacks, better coffee, and space to create.A culture-first team – Enjoy weekly studio lunches, cultural outings, and the occasional wine bar brainstormResponsibilitiesCapture and create photo and video content for some of Melbourne and Victoria's top venuesPlan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and FacebookWrite engaging, brand-aligned captions for posts and storiesRespond to DMs, comments, and reviews in the brand's tone of voiceWork with the account management team to align content with campaign goalsDevelop briefs and shot lists for our in-house production teamStay on top of social trends, foodie culture, and what's working in the wildReview post performance and suggest creative optimisationsQualificationsA sharp eye for visuals and strong understanding of social media trendsProficiency in Instagram and TikTok, including reels, stories, and native editingCopywriting skills that reflect brand tone and voiceHospitality marketing experience (in-house or freelance/social roles preferred)Ability to juggle multiple brands, calendars, and creative formatsHighly organised with a proactive, team-first attitudeBonus if you've used tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Planoly, or Meta Business SuitePrevious agency experience is not required — just a passion for hospitality, a strong content portfolio, and serious social fluency.How to ApplyPlease use this link here for ALL applications - it Tableside.
