Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our in-house Creative team.
The Role:- Create engaging digital marketing and communication assets including campaign/product eDMs, social media and e-marketing campaigns, and affiliate campaign artwork.
- Execute high-quality image cropping, post-production, and retouching with precision.
- Develop and deliver creative typographic, image, and animated solutions that align with brand identity.
- Work collaboratively to deliver brand-consistent artwork and maintain organised digital asset folders and approval workflows.
- Stay aligned with brand tone, typography, and layout guidelines while continuously enhancing website and visual identity.
- Support the development of innovative visual content to drive business results.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role, ideally within retail.
- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XD) and Mac OS.
- Proven ability to create high-quality digital content under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
