Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and line managers to identify and achieve shared objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership teams to develop and implement proactive workforce strategies and interventions.
  • Provide coaching, insight, and advice to the leadership team and line managers on workforce management, workforce planning, performance enhancement, and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the organisation's portfolio areas, its objectives, and priorities, and its workforce.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with business leaders and line managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
