Service Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our team of technicians to provide exceptional service and repair agricultural machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel mechanics, ag trade or plant mechanics, and excellent troubleshooting skills. They will also possess the ability to motivate and engage employees to high levels of performance.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with regular paid training provided. You will have the chance to work with the latest technology and a vast variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and coordinate the operations of the service department
  • Mentor, motivate and engage employees to high levels of performance
  • Oversee detailed records of service work carried out
  • Supervision of technical work performed, work progress and checking work at completion
Requirements:
  • Current Diesel, Ag Trade or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
  • Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
  • Forklift licence - Required
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Required
