Food and Agriculture Event Leader

Job Summary:

The Food and Agriculture Event Leader will be responsible for delivering a world-class evokeAG event that brings together industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders to drive the future of food and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to engage attendees and promote meaningful connections
  • Manage logistics, venues, exhibitors, theming, merchandise, and on-the-ground execution to ensure a seamless experience
  • Oversee the Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) and external suppliers to deliver exceptional results
  • Drive the Startup Program to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the agrifood sector
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships across industry networks to drive collaboration and investment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale, complex events with a strong track record of success
  • Qualifications in event management, project management, communications, business, or similar fields
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships
  • Leadership capability with experience managing and developing team members to achieve business objectives
