About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to lead a team of technicians in Wagga Wagga. As a senior technician, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team members to ensure the quality, reliability, and efficiency of their work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Carry out complex general repairs and servicing work on agricultural machinery
  • Complete daily job reports and time sheets
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Support team members by providing solutions and encouraging new ideas
  • Motivate team members and promote core values

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currrent Diesel or Plant Mechanic Certificate
  • Currrent Class C (or higher) driver's license
