Main Responsibilities:- Phone and Email Management: Manage phone and customer email requirements, including new job requests, and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Email Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the state email inbox, forwarding relevant queries to the appropriate person or department.
- Job Creation: Create new reactive and breakdown jobs in the DFSD system as per customer requests and company procedures.
- Quotation Approval: Review and approve all new quoted works within the DFSD system, adhering to customer requests and company guidelines.
- Forecast Accuracy: Ensure the DFSD deployment forecast is accurate at all times.
- Workload Planning: Collaborate with Fulfillment Manager to plan technicians' workload, ensuring maximum utilization and absorption of labor.
- Resource Utilization: Work with other deployers to maximize resource utilization.
- Cross-Checking Correspondence: Cross-check incoming and internal correspondence to ensure adherence to internal credit and services processes.
- Order Management: Liaise with the credit function to ensure new orders are approved, validating account status and preventing stop orders.
- Inventory Management: Receive goods and order into R12 Accounting system, following company procedures and policies.
- Service Reports: Manage technician service reports within SharePoint and mark jobs as completed in the Fulfillment section of DFSD.
- Report Entry: Collaborate with Regional Service Managers and Technicians to ensure accurate and timely entry of service reports and timesheets.
