About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ruminant Business Manager to join our team at Eden Search & Select. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our client's Total Feed Portfolio, ensuring that volume and contribution targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of compound feed, blends, dry straights, liquids, moist feeds, and forage products such as seeds, additives, and fertilizers.
- Serve the dairy, beef, and sheep sectors within our ruminant customer base and prospect pool.
- Achieve sales targets, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize training to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to maintain an existing customer portfolio and build relationships with new clients.
- Background in agri-business and a well-established ledger delivering approximately 10,000+ tonnes of compound and blend feed, contributing £400 K or more in total sales margin.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in using CRM reporting systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

They offer total feed solutions to the livestock farming industry and are committed to future-proofing farming businesses and making the agricultural sector more resilient and sustainable.
