Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Experian. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Education and Retail markets, identifying key challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize sales methodologies such as SPIN and STONGMAN to enhance sales effectiveness and drive results.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize for success.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, booking 15 new business and 10 follow-up meetings per month.
  • Work closely with the team to tailor solutions and improve the sales process.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, with some exposure to enterprise software sales a plus.
  • Agile and curious, with a strong ability to understand client challenges, requirements, and opportunities.
  • Drive, resilience, curiosity, and a sales mentality are essential attributes for this role.
