Job Title: Community Support Specialist

About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a Community Support Specialist to join our team, providing care and support services to aged care clients in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing on-the-job training with regular clients and hours;
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities;
  • Visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with community care services.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A reliable attitude and willingness to learn and work;
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC);
  • A current NSW driver's licence and reliable, registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
Training and Development

We offer a Certificate III in Individual Support with on-the-job training and paid buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
