Fleet Administrator Job Summary

Our organisation seeks a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the administration team, you will provide vital support to our Fleet Department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include:

  • Providing tax invoices for vehicles being delivered and issuing them to customers
  • Assisting Fleet Account Managers with online and PIT licensing forms
  • Attending the licensing centre to license vehicles for the Fleet Department
  • Following up aged debtors for unpaid vehicles
  • Processing new deal packs and double-checking back-end figures
  • Assisting the Fleet Manager with day-to-day tasks

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent keyboard skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, diligent and able to take full ownership of their workload. Other essential skills and qualifications include:

  • A fast learner with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and task-driven
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and pleasant demeanour
  • Punctual, reliable, adaptable and flexible
