Job Title: Fleet Management Systems Specialist

The role of the Fleet Management Systems Specialist is to oversee the implementation and management of fleet management systems across multiple sites. This involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of these systems.

This specialist will also be responsible for driving business improvements in fleet management processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements, and implementing new technologies to support these goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for fleet management systems
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation and integration
  • Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Providing guidance on best practices for fleet management software and systems
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for fleet management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with fleet management systems, including implementation, integration, and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience with reporting databases and AI is advantageous
