Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external customers enquiries
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative duties like filing and data entry
  • Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation
  • Compliance reporting and audits for WAHVAS maintenance and administration
  • DG Registration and Vehicle Registration of Centurion fleet
  • Administer Hire Equipment Trucks, Trailers, Vehicles, & Forklifts Servicing and repairs plus weekly reporting to finance
  • Assist Finance with weekly reporting of costs
  • New Equipment on boarding to AX with Capex approval, Removal of sold equipment from AX system
  • Manage & administer Insurance claims, Accident repairs & reporting processes for Centurion Fleet.
  • Ensure Asset records are up to date and accurate
  • Run weekly/monthly fleet and asset reports as required
  • Support other Fleet & Maintenance/ Tyres/property maintenance administration as required
