We are seeking a Tourism Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding quality tour and activity companies, adding them to our database quickly and accurately, and collaborating on larger projects with other specialists. You will also enrich and maintain the database, understand complicated relationships between companies, and establish efficient communication with other departments.

This is not a sales role, but rather a non-client facing position that collaborates internally within the organisation. As a key member of our Lead Generation team, you will be highly resourceful, thorough, and able to think creatively about finding new opportunities to locate solid companies.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and shifts in priorities. Our ideal candidate has 0-3 years of relevant experience, multi-tasking and precision-oriented skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required, and intermediate experience in MS Excel and Google tools is preferred.

Bonus points are given to candidates with prior work experience in a SaaS company and/or the travel industry, CRM/database experience, and a passion for learning and growth.
