Business Development Specialist

BINGO, a pioneering waste management company, is embarking on an exciting growth journey. We're seeking a talented Sales Representative – Commercial and Industrial to join our team in South East Melbourne.
About the RoleThis critical role involves developing and expanding new business across multiple industry sectors, maintaining a CRM with client details, and following up on leads. You'll be working with a diverse range of customers and industries, presenting endless opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand new business across multiple industry sectors.
- Maintaining your CRM with client details and following up on leads.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform site inspections and provide clients with tailored waste management solutions.
- Maintaining existing portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships driving continual improvement.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
We're looking for someone with minimum 2+ years' work experience in high volume B2B sales, preferably within the liquid waste industry. You should have a demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
You should also possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously as part of a remote team, presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels across various industries, exceptional customer service skills, strong computer and analytical skills, and a valid driver's licence.
