\- Develop and implement Incident Management processes and procedures to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement of IT services.\
- Oversee and manage incidents, problems, and changes across the environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and reducing incident recurrence.\
- Drive effective crisis management, knowledge sharing, risk mitigation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\
- Expert knowledge of ITSM tools and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes.\
- 5+ years of experience defining and driving incident management processes.\
- ITIL 4 Foundation and Global Best Practice in IT Major Incident Management certifications.\
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Certifications.
